Family Intervention & AfterCare Program
Our Family Intervention & AfterCare services utilize the ARISE Intervention Model, and extends over a six-month period. This ongoing approach centers on in-person Family Meetings (we generally travel to you), Family Conference Calls, and includes treatment updates and insurance guidance.

Additionally, this systemic approach includes our groundbreaking Family Education and Resources Program. This ongoing piece of what we do increases the efficacy of change while strengthening relationship links.
